Many snuggle days came out of this year's big snow so far! I cherished everyday just quietly rocking you and watching you play win your brother. 

You love sitting propped up like this watching the world (mainly your bro)!

It was way too cold for you to venture out! You and your bro will have so much fun on this hill in a few years! But for now, I am loving the cold snuggle days.

Christmas Season

Your 1st Christmas Season!  I know you won't remember anything from it, but I am so excited to be celebrating Christmas with you as a baby. We started with lights on the square, Santa at the mall, and holiday party with friends. You were mommy's helper this year with shopping for Christmas gifts! I can see many shopping sprees with you! 

It was a warm night for December so it was perfect to take you to the square! You would just gaze at the lights. Shugie just walked you around gazing at all the colors! We went and ate at Hugo's afterwards, but you didn't last too long there. :)

Grandmas' tradition! Each year Shugie and Grandmama go to the visit Santa with Turner (and now you!) this is one of the first traditions we started for Christmas when your bro was born. It's always a fun time and so far both of you don't mind Santa. 

I'm looking forward to many Christmas traditions with you and your brother!

All Dressed up and No where to go

We play dress up a lot! I am just bad at taking pictures when you look all cute and dolled up. The downfall to you dressing up is you poop and it always messes up your outfits. I am always doing your laundry and most of your clothes are stained- not being much of a princess. 

I uses this as an under slip for your dresses. 

Sleepy Ellery

Lullabies at night after a few hours of screaming.. If I take out your hours of screaming at night, you are a great sleeper! All that sweet screaming wears you out:). Your screaming happens between 6pm - 8pm.. Your swaddle is another necessity for a great sleep. Once we cuddle you up and paci in your mouth , you begin to doze off. Next is how loud you are thru the night... Grunts... Moans and such.  Sometimes it's so loud we think you are awake, but you are just moaning! 

 Your bed situation for the past two months has been nighttime bassinet next to our bed and naps in your Rock n Play. A few weeks ago I started having you take your big morning nap in your crib. You usually go to bed around 930 and wake up around 1230-130am and then 5:00am again. This morning you slept from 430am-830 ... Very nice! (Except I was up at 615 with your precious Brother) There are some rare occasions you will sleep from 930-4am. But either way I am not complaining on your sleep habits. 

You are easy to go to sleep and will usually sleep chunks at a time. Your afternoon nap is a little lighter one and you see to like it in your rock-n-play more than your crib. We have a sound machine on because many big trucks fly past our house and they are very loud! You seem to be an easy one for me to get you on a schedule! 

This morning must of been rough because you had rips in your toes when I took off your swaddle...

Usually after your morning feeding, you will play for a bit and then doze off for a morning nap in your crib!! 

Two Months!

Happy TWO months to you! You are loving life with a few cries here and there. You are beginning to be awake much more and loving gazing at your surroundings. You smile a lot! You give big smiles in the morning and when you are relaxing on your changing table. You are sleeping beautifully!! I'm only having to get up once before 530 to feed you(now...I'm getting up another time because of your brother.. But that's another story) you relax when traveling in the car.. Most of the time. If someone is rocking you, you are content--social butterfly you are! You keep your head up like a champ! So far we call you Ellery, E, Sis, baby sister, and stinky girl...:)

As everyone says... Can't believe it has been 2 months already...but I am looking forward to your witching hour being over with!

1st Santa Visit

You were pretty content visitng with Santa tonight. You also are pretty content sitting with your daddy, too. 

DR visit

Great DR visit today! Your ht was 50%, 22

Wt was 60%, 10 3/4

HC was 25%, 14 3/4. 

Very blessed you are a healthy baby girl! I am in love with your chunky legs! You took your shot like a champ with just a little pucker of the lip and a light scream. 

Snuggles in the evening

Evening with you! You are sometimes fussy at night and then sometimes just happy as can be! When you are fussy it's mainly your tummy. Sometimes if we lay you on your changing table you can be entertained for a bit without crying. You will take a light nap early evening and then after feeding you, usually snooze for most of the evening. We all love to snuggle with you, but by evening you are ready to hang with someone else for a bit since you've been with me all day! 

Your bro is so happy to see you when he gets home from school. He wants to hold you and give you kisses. Tonight he really wanted to hold you like I was and then rock you to sleep.

Gotta Keep Your Head Up!

You have had quite the strength in your head since day one. Must of been the gallons and gallons of milk I drank with you!  You will push your legs up and hoist yourself straight up when we are holding you. You love your tummy time and when you are able to get a little different perspective on the world!  

You and Your Brother

You are the luckiest gal in the world! Turner loves you sooo much! He always gives you kisses, wants to hold you and tell you how cute you are. He shushes us when you are sleeping and rescues you when you are crying by sticking the paci back in your mouth. I see you two best buds forever!

And sometimes he wants to be silly with you!

Your First two Weeks

This is what we look at when I am feeding you. Your brother really wants to play with you, so he waits so patiently.

I was a bit tired the first few days being a new mum of two, but you are such a good baby! No complaints.
